Moderated by James Kraft, CLU, CFP, CH.F.C., TEP, CPA,CA, M.Tax, Advisor, BMO Financial Services
This workshop is designed to demonstrate how the concept of a visual narrative can be applied it to an advisor’s practice, especially during a pandemic. The underlying objective here is to show how to convey complex issues in a clear and concise manner so that clients can understand them, make an informed decision, and get back to what they enjoy doing in life. This strategy is particularly relevant today as we are forced to present these concepts to clients over Zoom/Teams/WebEx, etc. The presentation will be a mix of how we apply the visual narrative to these concepts, the specific technology/techniques employed and how to apply it in Zoom meetings.
(TECHNICAL, PRACTICAL, CASE STUDY, INTERMEDIATE TO ADVANCED)
